PSOM: Programme for cooperation with emerging markets

The programme entitled ‘Cooperation Emerging Markets (PSOM)’ has ended. The successor to the PSOM programme, which was financed by the Ministry for Development Cooperation, is entitled ‘PSI: Private Sector Investment’ programme. This new programme aims to stimulate business-to-business projects in developing countries. Under PSI, projects are eligible for up to up to 50 or 60 percent financing, depending on the country in which the project is to be implemented.
